YOSSN Return and Refund Policy
Generally, the
Vendor's Return and Refund policy is stated with the product
description. Otherwise, returns or refunds can be done within 2
weeks from transaction date. Please send an email
first to
customercare@yossn.com to return or request for refund,
for further instructions.
Products and
Services paid for by credit cards are covered by the credit card
companies return and refund policy. This is always an option if
customer is not able to resolve return or refund issues with YOSSN.
